Teaching Philosophy

 

My Teaching Philosophy 

I strongly believe in student-centered autonomous learning especially when it come to higher education student.

I am more of a construstivists i would say

Problem based learning (PBL), Peer teaching, Reflective practices are my most favored methods of teaching. 

It allows me to know my students hidden talents. I am able to know them personally, emotionally, mentally and intellectually.

I believe in letting students learn on their own rather than forcing my point of views on to them. Where is needed I will advice and guide them. 

Blooms taxonomy, Garner's multiple intelligences, monitor hypothesis are always included.
